Each apartment has a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tiled fresh bathrooms, WiFi and everything else you may need to live comfortably.

Parking is available in direct connection to the apartment hotel and there is bikes for rent to easily get around the surroundings, it only takes about 6 minutes to cycle into the city center

Can anyone rent an apartment?

Yes, companies and individuals can rent apartments.

How long can you rent an apartment?

We rent to private individuals from one to twelve months. For companies it is possible to rent longer periods.

How short a time can you rent an apartment?

Normally it is a minimum of one month but there may be vacancies as we can rent out for a shorter period.

What is the notice period?

In the lease we agree on a period that you dispose of the apartment. If you wish to terminate the rental period prematurely, a fee is paid for the remaining time on the agreement.

Can the rental period be extended?

If there are vacant apartments we are happy to extend the rental period.

 Can you forward your mail to the apartment?

Yes, each apartment has its own lockable mailbox

 Is cleaning included?

Yes, once a week we clean and change bed linen and towels.

 Is there parking?

Yes there is parking space for rent at the hotel.
